Thank you so much for supporting my small business. Each product is hand-poured with care, and we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Processing Times
All products are hand-made in small batches.
Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and packed before dispatch.
During busy periods (such as Christmas), processing time may extend slightly - but we will always work as quickly as possible.
Shipping Within the UK
Fir & Flicker currently ships within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
Free UK shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over £50.
Standard Shipping
Most orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or a similar equivalent courier.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
2–4 business days
Express Shipping
If you choose Express Shipping at checkout (when available), your order will be sent via a faster service such as Royal Mail Tracked 24.

1–2 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
Packaging
Each item is wrapped with care to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with photos so we can help (see Refund Policy).
Delays & Missing Parcels
Please note that delivery times are estimates only.
Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delays caused by Royal Mail or external factors are outside our control.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please contact us so we can help track it.
If the courier confirms the parcel has been lost, we will send a replacement.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your address at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately - if the order has not yet shipped, we can update it for you.
Christmas & Seasonal Shipping
Processing and delivery may take longer during the holiday season.
Please place Christmas orders early to ensure they arrive in time for gifting.
