Every Fir & Flicker product is hand-created with care, and we want you to be completely happy with your order.

Because our products are handmade and created in small batches, we do not accept physical returns. However, if anything arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will always make it right.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or not performing as expected, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at: hello@firandflicker.com 

Please include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A short description of what happened

We will gladly replace or refund your item, depending on the situation.
No return is required.


Incorrect Items Received

If you accidentally receive the wrong item, we will immediately send the correct one.

The original item is yours to keep or gift to someone you love - no return needed.


Returns Not Accepted

To keep our small-business sustainable, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Disliking a scent
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Seasonal items after the season

Missing Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived, please contact us so we can help track it.
If the courier confirms it has been lost, we will send a replacement.
